The organizer Mr. Mike Hickerson has seen fit to censor the record of my congressional campaign from 2006 and my ongoing Katrina relief journal. I must say that others have done a very good job trying to demoralize my efforts to run for high office. These individuals, and the organizations they represent, under the guise of deceit, will soon go the way of Lewis I. "Scooter" Libby. The frogs are going to be marched.
Included in the list of domestic enemies / frogs / aliens with Mr. Mike Hickerson and Lewis I. "Scooter" Libby are, Terri Staton of Camarillo CA, Steve Feder of Hathaway law firm in Ventura, CA, Mary Hammil of Ventura County Adult Protective Services, Sarah Hardcastle, a registered CA Conservator, Gerald Russell of Ventura County Gaurdians, Susan Ayers of Ventura County Probate Investigators, Special Investigator Ian Laughlin of the Ventura County Sheriff, Deputy Sheriff Mc Grath, Duffner and Popp as well as many other deputy sheriffs that invaded my home during a congressional campaign and unlawfully are still in possession of 99.5% of my personal property. I certainly could not leave out the Ventura County Superior Court Judges and Joel Stienfeld their court appointed hack to complete the charade.
Everything from Congressional Records, Campaign Material, toiletries and clothing to furniture, golf clubs, surfboards, wetsuits, Library, baby grand piano my mother gave me when she died, power tools, hand tools and electrical material accumulated over my entire lifetime was stolen by these people, forces and agencies in a collective effort. This was then ruled upon by the Black Robe Syndicate, who in another case regarding a widow and her assets, stole the land from Ventura notable ...... "Kimbal" after her husband had passed away.
I would have to say that Mike Hickerson being a banker and having met with Pat Duff, Myrtle Hunnel and myself, before my property was stolen by these domestic enemy forces, is in some way involved with this.
I shared specifics with Mr. Mike Hickerson in confidence, (he said he was an investment banker) of Miss Myrtle's arrangement and asset allocation. He took notes i prepared for him at this meeting. The children of Miss Myrtle are also involved in a less than honorable effort to steal the assets of Miss Myrtle Hunnel.
Doreen and Henry Scott worked closely with Los Padres Bank in Ojai, CA studying the activities on her mothers account frequently. They are both middle management bankers. Doreen being with Bank of America and Henry's employer Citibank, (at least at last known moment). Their understanding of the banking business allowed them privy to confidential information about Miss Myrtle as well as back door access to my own accounts at Bank of America in Ojai. This is of course in concern about my activities, residence and friendship with Miss Myrtle at 525 Pleasant which were completely unwarranted and without merit.
My activities at 525 Pleasant Avenue are well known by neighbors and my friends who visted with Miss Myrtle frequently. There is a stark contrast between the love and care i provided Miss Myrtle over the period of three and a half years and the neglect and financial abuse her daughter had demonstrated over the twenty years prior to my arrival at 525 Pleasant. The condition of the home was run down and that is being polite.
I have video taped testimony of Miss Myrtle which will soon become more powerful than Miss Myrtle's own testimony. Why .... ? Because her short term memory loss was the problem that started all this. It appears that the position of the courts and above listed individuals, agencies and syndicate is, "Miss Myrtle, if you cannot remember your address, you are not going to be allowed to have one." "This is not a hearing of good will, we have business to attend to." "You will not read the Constitution in this court room, i will tell you the law." Is anyone getting the picture here?
I remain the CA Registered Domestic Partner of Myrtle M. Hunnel. I am afforded the same rights as a spouse according to the law. Although the above listed syndicate has ruled otherwise. A prominent former State Assembly Person, then State Senator. She is now Secretary of State here in CA well versed in CA Domestic Partnership legislation / law and i am really looking forward to seeing her at the CA Democratic Convention in San Diego April 27-29 2007.
